Immunizations
Lubbock Children's Health Clinics recognize the first step in well child care is proper immunizations.
Please bring a copy of your child's immunization record to each visit. LCHC is using the state registry for immunizations ImmTrac to enter all immunizations that a child receives at our clinics. This will help your child stay up to date and eliminate the possibility of your child getting duplicate immunizations. |

Preventive Health Care
The goal of Lubbock Children's Health Clinic since its inception in 1939 has been to provide preventive health care to the children of the Lubbock area.
An important part of preventive health care for your child is utilizing the programs offered by Medicaid and CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program). Screening for both programs is done on site.
Preventive visits include physical exams, sports physicals, developmental screening, nutritional evaluations, vision and hearing screening, health education, laboratory testing, and immunizations.
All children receive the same type of preventive health care no matter what their funding source happens to be.
Small health problems seldom grow into big ones if they are caught early. Regular examinations will give children an advantage in staying healthy.
