The Lubbock Children's Health Clinic has two locations for health care.
North: 302 N. University
East: 1801 E. 14th Street
(two blocks East of MLK at the old Posey Elementary School)

Fees:
|
Patients are charged for services according to income on a sliding fee scale; however, no one is ever turned away from the clinics due to inability to pay.

What to Bring:
|
- If you have insurance, Medicaid, or CHIP, please bring your child's current card.
- Immunization record
- Social security numbers for family members
- Proof of income for the household.
